Las Olas Riverfront
Enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing along Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The famous boulevard, which runs parallel to the New River, contains more than 60 shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and museums. Visit the New River Historic District to experience Stranahan House, the oldest building in Fort Lauderdale. We’ll drop you off!
Hollywood Broadwalk
Take a stroll along the Hollywood Boardwalk, a 2 ½ mile beachfront walkway in nearby Hollywood. The brick-paved Broadwalk features cafes, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Don’t like to walk? Rent a bike, or take a ride the Broadwalk trolley. Glide into one of the fine hotels on the Broadwalk for a bite to eat or an afternoon drink. The beach is just steps away!
Jungle Queen Riverboat
Combine your dinner theater with a river cruise! This four-hour experience features an all-you-can eat feast of ribs, chicken and shrimp on a small private island in the New River. Once dinner concludes, you’re treated to a live variety show.
Shopping Trip
Two great options for a nearby shopping run! Sawgrass Mills Mall, one of the largest outlet malls in the U.S., is just minutes away. The mall features nearly 250 outlets, discounters and retailers. Sawgrass Mills also has two food courts, restaurants and movie theaters. Galleria Mall, a high-end center featuring upscale clothing stores, also is close to the hotel.
Flamingo Gardens
See a touch of history on 60 acres of lush gardens filled with rare, exotic and native plants. The Gardens showcase more than 3,000 species of tropical, subtropical and native plants. The Wildlife Sanctuary gives residence to injured and non-releasable birds and animals, including gators, bobcats, eagles, otters, panthers, peacocks and, of course, flamingos!

Seaquarium
Miami’s famous Seaquarium features exciting shows from famous sea stars. See Lolita the Killer Whale’s powerful performance, television dolphin Flipper’s soaring acrobatics, and Salty the Magical Sea Lion’s playful antics. Swim with the dolphins.
